Glem alt det k\u00f8bestads og lav disse sk\u00f8nne fl\u00f8dekarameller med kakao.  L\u00e6kre bl\u00f8de karameller med en fyldig smag fra fl\u00f8den og kakaoen. <br>Min mor og jeg har lavet disse hver jul igennem hele min barndom. Det er en opskrift fra Sverige, s\u00e5 egentlig hedder de &#8216;Chokladkola&#8217; da kola betyder karamel p\u00e5 svensk. <br>Og de er da ogs\u00e5 et k\u00e6mpe hit hvert \u00e5r. Beh\u00f8ver aldrig at v\u00e6re bange for at lave for mange. P\u00e5 mystisk vis er de alle altid v\u00e6k inden julen er over. <br>Det kr\u00e6ver ikke at du har et termometer for at lave dem, men det vil helt klart g\u00f8re det meget nemmere. Du kan ogs\u00e5 lave karamelpr\u00f8ven hvor du h\u00e6lder lidt af karamellen i koldt vand og lader det ligge i ca. 15 sek. hvorefter du s\u00e5 pr\u00f8ver at trille det til en kugle. Smager fuldst\u00e6ndig af det samme. S\u00e5 bliver du ikke snydt for denne herlighed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/em><br>Bliver til ca. 75 stk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g sm\u00f8r<br>3 spsk kakao<br>3,5 dl sukker<br>1 spsk vaniljesukker<br>1 dl lys sirup<br>2 dl piskefl\u00f8de<br>2 spsk glukosesirup eller honning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8rret i en tykbundet gryde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00f8r i \u00f8vrige ingredienser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bliv ved med at r\u00f8re mens den koger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kog blandingen til den n\u00e5r en temperatur p\u00e5 125\u00b0C eller til at du kan h\u00e6lde lidt fra en ske ned i koldt vand og lad det ligge i 15 sek. Hvis den kan trilles til en bl\u00f8d og elastisk kugle er karamellen f\u00e6rdig, ellers skal karamellen koges lidt endnu. Skal koge i ca 8 min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld karamellen op i en form d\u00e6kket med bagepapir, ca. 30&#215;25 cm. og lad den k\u00f8le helt af. Du m\u00e5 IKKE skrabe bunden eller siderne, da det kan resultere i at hele karamellen krystalliserer. Skrab det hellere ud p\u00e5 en tallerken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klip eller sk\u00e6r karamellen i passende stykker og pak dem ind i slik-papir eller bagepapir der er klippet i sm\u00e5 firkanter. <br>(IKKE madpakkepapir da det sidder fast p\u00e5 karamellerne!!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ved at tils\u00e6tte glukose eller honning mindsker man risikoen for at karamellen krystalliserer.<br>De kan holde i ca 14 dage inden de begynder at krystallisere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Velbekomme og gl\u00e6delig jul<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lyst til at vise mig dine kreationer?
