Dette sk\u00f8nne br\u00f8d (eller kage) smager helt guddommeligt, hvis man alts\u00e5 kan lide marcipan. \ud83d\ude09<br>Sm\u00f8ret giver br\u00f8det en god fugtig krumme, mens marcipanen giver den en god s\u00f8dme, hvilket nok er grunden til nogle ville kalde den en kage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg har altid v\u00e6ret meget glad for safran, men det er desv\u00e6rre utrolig sj\u00e6ldent det bliver brugt i bagv\u00e6rk. Safran har en helt fantiastisk smag som bare er super godt i dette bagv\u00e6rk. Safran kan godt v\u00e6re lidt peberet n\u00e5r det kommer til prisen, og br\u00f8det kan sagtens bages uden, men du ville snyde dig selv for en dejlig krydret smag og den mest fantastiske duft \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/aslaugsbakery.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20180929_184253-01.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-638\" width=\"379\" height=\"273\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">En perfekt kage til n\u00e5r du invitere nogen over til eftermiddagskaffe og lidt s\u00f8dt.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Bliver til en springform 24 \u00f8<\/i><br><i>Ovntemp: 200 grader<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Ingredienser:<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2,5 dl M\u00e6lk<br>25 g G\u00e6r<br>75 g Sm\u00f8r, stuetemp.<br>1 g Safran<br>3 spsk Sukker<br>1\/4 tsk groft salt<br>425 g Hvedemel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50 g Sm\u00f8r&nbsp;<br>200 g r\u00e5 <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">Marcipan<br><\/g>1 \u00c6g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/aslaugsbakery.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20180929_184355-01.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-637\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Varm m\u00e6lken til lillefingervarmt (ca 37 grader)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld m\u00e6lken i en sk\u00e5l og tils\u00e6t g\u00e6ren&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t nu safran, sukker og salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland i mel og derefter sm\u00f8ret<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c6lt dejen godt i ca 5 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lad dejen h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket i 15 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rul dejen i til ca 30&#215;30 cm (1-1,5 cm tyk)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smelt de 50 gram sm\u00f8r og fordel det ud over den udrullede dej<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riv marcipanen ud over sm\u00f8ret og dejen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rul dejen sammen som en roulade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00e6r 3-4 cm tykke snegle\/skiver ud (skulle gerne blive 8-10 stk)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fordel sneglene i en smurt springform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lad kagen\/br\u00f8det h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket i 1\/2 time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensl med \u00e6g og evt drys med perlesukker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bag den i 20-30 min ved 200 grader alm ovn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">du kan udelade safran<br>du kan efter bagning pynte den med glasur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lyst til at vise mig dine kreationer?
