Og s\u00e5 er det ogs\u00e5 en af de nemmeste kager at lave. Det tager bare 10 min at mixe ingredienserne sammen, og derefter skal kagen bare have lov til at passe sig selv i ovnen i lidt over en halv time.<br \/>\nMin mor kommer fra Sverige, s\u00e5 jeg er vokset op med denne guddommelige kladdkaka, som jo p\u00e5 dansk betyder &#8216;kl\u00e6brig kage&#8217; hvilket den helt klart ogs\u00e5 er, den f\u00e5r n\u00e6sten en karamelkonsistens.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis der er en ting jeg helt klart elsker omkring Sverige, s\u00e5 er det alle deres kagedage. Den 7 november er det i Sverige &#8220;kladdkakans dag&#8221; s\u00e5 selvf\u00f8lgelig var jeg n\u00f8dt til at bage den. Laver normalt ikke chokoladefudge til den, men fik ideen fra min moster i Sverige (dette er btw ogs\u00e5 hendes opskrift). Det g\u00f8r dog selvf\u00f8lgelig ogs\u00e5 at den bliver lidt tungere, og det er allerrede en ret s\u00e5 tung kage. Det er ikke en kage man spiser mange stykker af, selvom det er en ret s\u00e5 lille og tynd kage. ( Medmindre man er liges\u00e5 kageglad som min familie, s\u00e5 er der ikke noget tilbage til n\u00e6ste dag)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Opskrift<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p>Kladdkaka<\/p>\n<p>100 g Smeltet sm\u00f8r<br \/>\n2 \u00c6g<br \/>\n2,5 dl Sukker<br \/>\n1,5 dl Hvedemel<br \/>\n2 tsk Vaniljesukker<br \/>\n4 spsk Kakao<\/p>\n<p>Chokoladekaramel<\/p>\n<p>2 dl Fl\u00f8de<br \/>\n1 dl Sukker<br \/>\n1 dl Lys sirup<br \/>\n100 g M\u00f8rk chokolade<br \/>\n100 g Sm\u00f8r, stuepemt.<\/p>\n<p>Ovnstemp: 175 grader<br \/>\nSprinform: 25 \u00f8<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/p>\n<p>Kladdkaka<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Pisk \u00e6g og sukker hvidt.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sigt alle de t\u00f8rre ingerdienser i og tils\u00e6t det smeltede sm\u00f8r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bland til der ikke er flere klumper tilbage.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sm\u00f8r springformen, drys med rasp og h\u00e6ld dejen deri.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bages i ovnen i 30-40 min eller indtil du kan vippe den uden at den flyder til den ene side.<br \/>\nLad den k\u00f8le af i stuetemperatur.<\/li>\n<li>Hvis du ikke laver fudge, s\u00e5 s\u00e6t den evt. i k\u00f8leskabet i nogle timer eller til n\u00e6ste dag for at f\u00e5 den ekstra sej og l\u00e6kker i konsistensen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Chokoladekaramel, ikke obligatorisk<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Fl\u00f8de, sukker og sirup varmes op i en gryde.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Chokoladen hakkes groft og h\u00e6ldes i fl\u00f8deblandingen. Bland til chokoladen er smeltet.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lad blandingen simre til den er blevet tykflydende, tager ca 15 min.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Fjern gryden fra varmen og tils\u00e6t sm\u00f8ret. R\u00f8r til en ensarett masse.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0H\u00e6ld chokoladefudgen over kagen og lad den st\u00e5 i mindst 3 timer i k\u00f8leskab, gerne til dagen efter, s\u00e5 fudgen f\u00e5r en cremet konsistens<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tag kagen ud af k\u00f8leskabet gerne 30 min f\u00f8r servering.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Drys evt med lidt flormelis for udseendets skyld.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tips.<br \/>\nFor at g\u00f8re denne kage ekstra l\u00e6kker, s\u00e5 spis den med nogle friske b\u00e6r eller en l\u00e6kker is.<\/p>\n<p>Lyst til at vise mig dine kreationer?
