{"id":2025,"date":"2021-02-06T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-06T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aslaugsbakery.dk\/?p=2025"},"modified":"2023-02-11T14:38:39","modified_gmt":"2023-02-11T13:38:39","slug":"gammeldags-fastelavnsboller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aslaugsbakery.com\/index.php\/2021\/02\/06\/gammeldags-fastelavnsboller\/","title":{"rendered":"Gammeldags Fastelavnsboller"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saftige nybagte fastelavsboller fyldt med vaniljecreme og borgmestermasse, og toppet med en farverig glasur.<br>Disse boller er der sikkert mange der fik som barn, hver gang der skulle sl\u00e5s katten af t\u00f8nden. <br>Personligt bagte jeg dem aldrig som barn, og smagte dem kun n\u00e5r andre kom med dem til fastelavn. Her har vi nemlig altid bagt de svenske fastelavnsboller &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/aslaugsbakery.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/20\/semlor-klassiske-svenske-fastelavnsboller\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Semlor<\/a>&#8220;. Men efter min praktik i et bageri, hvor vi af og til smagte de nybagte fastelavnsboller, er jeg da blevet helt vild med dem. <br>S\u00e5 nu er jeg begyndt at bage dem her hjemme n\u00e5r vi n\u00e6rmer os fastelavn. Godt nok kan man ikke ramme bagerens fastelavnsboller lige p\u00e5, men disse er nu n\u00e6sten lige s\u00e5 gode. <br>Jeg kommer kardemomme i min dej, men det g\u00f8r man ikke altid, og det kan du ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6lge at undlade. Jeg har bare svensk blod i \u00e5rene, s\u00e5 for min skyld kan man komme kardemomme i stort set alt. B\u00e5de i salt og s\u00f8dt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OBS: I de fleste opskrifter du finder st\u00e5r der at der skal remonce i. Det er der ogs\u00e5 i denne. Men det hedder dog borgmestermasse. <br>Lidt bagerteori: Remonce best\u00e5r alts\u00e5 kun af sm\u00f8r og sukker, mens borgmestermasse best\u00e5r af sm\u00f8r, sukker og marcipan. Og det er den med marcipan man bruger i gammeldags fastelavnsboller. S\u00e5 i de fleste opskrifter bruger de det forkerte navn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
