Du beh\u00f8ver ikke bruge 40 minutter ved dit komfur eller smide din gr\u00f8d i ovnen i over en time. G\u00f8r ligesom i gamle dage og pak den ind!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I gamle dage, n\u00e5r man skulle holde stegen eller gr\u00f8den varm, kom man den i en h\u00f8kasse. Og det smarte vedr\u00f8rende gr\u00f8den, er at liges\u00e5 snart du har kogt den op efter m\u00e6lken er kommet, s\u00e5 pakkes den i h\u00f8kasse s\u00e5 den er godt isoleret, og s\u00e5 passer den bare sig selv. Og efter 1-2 timer (afh\u00e6ngig af m\u00e6ngden af gr\u00f8d) har du en helt perfekt gr\u00f8d. Smart ikke?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desv\u00e6rre er det nu bare de f\u00e6rreste der har en h\u00f8kasse st\u00e5ende. S\u00e5 derfor, pak den ind i uldt\u00e6pper eller h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6der. Det gjorde vi gennem hele min barndom. S\u00e5 tjekker man bare til den af og til, til du synes den har den rette konsistens. S\u00e5 nemt! (og billigt.. L\u00e6nge leve energikrisen 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lav den IKKE om morgenen og lad den st\u00e5 hele dagen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det skal dog siges at der engang kom advarsler ud om at tilberede gr\u00f8den p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de. Disse advarsler kom fordi folk lod gr\u00f8den st\u00e5 l\u00e6nge, endda hele dagen hvilket ikke er s\u00e5 sundt. <br>Kan godt se det &#8216;smarte&#8217; ved at lave den f\u00f8r man tager p\u00e5 arbejde, og s\u00e5 er der gr\u00f8d n\u00e5r man kommer hjem, men lad nu v\u00e6r. Dette resulterede nemlig i at gr\u00f8den blev for kold i l\u00f8bet af den tid den stod og samtidig stod for l\u00e6nge. Og hvis gr\u00f8den kommer under 65\u00b0C og st\u00e5r i over 3 timer ved for lav temperatur, s\u00e5 kan der dannes bakterier som kan g\u00f8re dig syg. S\u00e5 pak den derfor godt ind, s\u00e5 den holder varmen. <br>N\u00e5r du f\u00f8lger denne opskrift skal den alligevel ikke st\u00e5 i mere en 1,5-3 timer afh\u00e6ngig af m\u00e6ngden.
