S\u00e5dan er det bare. Og intet skriger efter\u00e5r som \u00e6ble chips med kanel.<br>Efter min menig er det nok en af de, eller m\u00e5ske den, bedste efter\u00e5rs snack. S\u00f8de, syrlige, krydrede og spr\u00f8de, og n\u00e5r man f\u00f8rst begynder kan man ikke stoppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Valg af \u00e6bler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Egentlig er det ligemeget hvilken sort \u00e6bler du v\u00e6lger at lave chips af. Har selv pr\u00f8vet med r\u00f8de \u00e6bler fra en bekendt, hvilket blev super godt (det er dem du ser p\u00e5 billederne), men har ogs\u00e5 pr\u00f8vet med mad-\u00e6bler fra mine for\u00e6ldres have, som ogs\u00e5 blev mega l\u00e6kre. S\u00e5 n\u00e5r du skal ud og v\u00e6lge \u00e6bler, s\u00e5 t\u00e6nk p\u00e5 hvor s\u00f8de du kunne t\u00e6nke dig dem. F.eks. hvis du v\u00e6lger at bruge mad \u00e6bler, s\u00e5 bliver de meget mere syrlige, men ogs\u00e5 mere friske. S\u00e5 det er en smagssag n\u00e5r det kommer til valg af \u00e6bler. Pr\u00f8v dig frem. Kun fantasien s\u00e6tter gr\u00e6nser. Man beh\u00f8ver ikke altid kun lave \u00e6blechips med kanel. Er du fan af lakrids? Pr\u00f8v salmiakpulver. Er du en kardemomme-elsker ligesom jeg? Pr\u00f8v at drysse lidt kardemomme p\u00e5 dine \u00e6bleskiver. Eller m\u00e5ske du elsker den skarpe smag af ingef\u00e6r? Hvorfor s\u00e5 ikke lave ingef\u00e6r chips ved at drysse lidt ingef\u00e6rspulver p\u00e5 \u00e6bleskiverne. Du kunne ogs\u00e5 pr\u00f8ve at g\u00e5 i det salte k\u00f8ken, og pr\u00f8ve dig frem med lidt peber, rosmarin, carry, eller m\u00e5ske paprika p\u00e5. Tror helt sikker at der findes nogle sm\u00e5 guldkorn der.
